Guntur District, there are Six Government Degree Colleges. They are situated in Guntur town, Chebrole mandal, Bapatla mandal , Repalle mandal, Vinukonda mandal, and Macherla mandal. Of these two colleges are Womens’ colleges, i.e. the college present in Guntur town and the college in Bapatla mandal and the rest are Co-education Colleges. The College is aptly located in the centre of Educational Hub, i.e. in front of Agricultural College, within the premises of Saraswati Memorial Govt. Girls High School and Govt. Junior College for Girls. In addition to it, the college is sited in the lane that leads to Air Force Station and Suryalanka Beach. Established in the year 2014, the College consists of 01 Regular Principal Post, 09 Regular Lecturer Posts, and 01 Senior Assistant Post.
