Vision

  • To improve the academic performance of the institution.
  • To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization & practice of quality education and institutionalization of best practices.

    • Mission

  • Developing and applying quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
  • Facilitate creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
  • Arrange feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  • Provide information on various quality parameters of higher education.
  • Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
  • Document various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement.
  • Act as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.
  • Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.

    • The Internal Quality Assurance Committee submits the following report for the academic year 2018-19. To improve the quality of Teaching and to develop the Students of the College holistically, the Teaching Staff has enriched the Curriculum in the following manner:

    • By organising Student Seminars
    • By arranging Guest Lectures
    • By observing the important Days of the Year
    • By conducting Literary, Sports, and Cultural Competitions.

    In addition to this, to enhance the Teaching Skills, the Teaching Staff have attended various Workshops, given Extension Lectures, are participating and presenting papers in Seminars and Conferences. The IQAC has summed up the activities and the events of the College Teaching Staff.
